Retail Tenant Fit-Outs & Remodeling

General Contracting & Construction Management
As your general contractor, GS Construction assumes full responsibility for project delivery. We develop and manage the full subcontractor network, enforce quality and safety standards on-site, and provide clients with transparent budget and schedule reporting throughout construction.
For clients who prefer a construction management arrangement, we also serve in a CM-at-risk or advisory role — providing expert oversight without assuming the general contracting risk.
Demolition & Site Preparation
Effective demolition is the foundation of every successful build. Our demolition team handles selective interior demolition, structural demolition, and complete site clearance — in strict compliance with DC environmental and safety regulations, OSHA standards, and local disposal requirements.
We coordinate hazardous material abatement protocols, manage debris removal, and prepare sites for construction to begin on schedule.
